At Australian Foam Technology we use an in-house moulding system allowing us to produce block foam at the following dimensions.
– 520mm x 1220mm x 2500mm
– 520mm x 1220mm x 2800mm
– 520mm x 1220mm x 3000mm
– 520mm x 1220mm x 3600mm

Cutting & Processing
At Australian Foam Technology we use quality Australian built Wintech machinery for accurate cutting and processing of sheets and parts.
We offer a broad range of cutting and processing services including: Flat sheet, pipe & tank lagging, 2D linear profiles and CNC 3D routed parts.
Technical
For over 30 years we have been Australia’s premier manufacturer of closed cell rigid urethane foam (PUR). We have an in-house industrial chemist to answer any questions you may have. We also make PIR foam on customer request. PIR foam is ideal for use in applications where improved fire resistant properties are required. PUR is manufactured at the following density: 40kg, 60kg, 100kg, and 120kg per cubic meter. PIR is manufactured at 40kg per cubic meter.
